In the first quarter of 2021, the car gaming category saw significant player engagement across Europe. Sensor Tower provides a detailed look into how five leading car games performed, showcasing their downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.

Parking Jam 3D, by German publisher Popcore GmbH, experienced a fluctuating trend in downloads, starting at 610K in the last week of December and peaking at 740K in the last week of March. Active users followed a similar trend, with a notable increase from 830K in the first week of March to 1.5M by the month's end. Revenue showed a healthy climb, concluding the quarter at approximately $1.4K.

Gear Race 3D, developed by Zynga Inc., displayed a downward trend in downloads, from 893K at the end of December to 110K in the final week of March. Weekly active users also decreased, starting at over 1.1M and ending at around 245K. The game's revenue was negligible, with a small peak of $77 in mid-March.

Extreme Car Driving Simulator from Spanish publisher AxesInMotion S.L. maintained a steady download rate, ending the quarter with roughly 280K downloads. Active users remained above 1.1M throughout the period, peaking at approximately 1.24M mid-February. Revenue experienced some fluctuations but finished the quarter at around $6.3K.

Park Master, by Japanese publisher KAYAC Inc., saw a decline in downloads from 448K in late December to around 196K by March end. Active users similarly decreased, from 1.45M to 833K over the quarter. Revenue, while small, ended on a high note at $49 in the last week of March.

Car Parking Multiplayer remained popular, with downloads hovering around the 200K mark throughout the quarter. Active users showed a significant increase, from 2.2M to over 2.35M in the final week of March. Revenue was consistent, ending the quarter with a slight uptick at $27K.
